Auto-renewal Subscription Rules

 

This automatic renewal subscription rule is an integral part of the OneChannelClient membership terms of service. Both have the same legal effect. In the event of conflict between these automatic renewal subscription rules and the OneChannelClient membership terms of service, these automatic renewal subscription rules shall prevail. Except as otherwise stated in these automatic renewal subscription rules, the meaning of the terms referred to in these automatic renewal subscription rules is consistent with the meaning in the terms of the membership service OneChannelClient.

i. As a subscription member, you can choose to pay the subscription fee in the following ways: (a) a bank card registered in your name (such as a credit or debit card); (b) a third-party billing account registered in your name ( Such as PayPal, Alipay, Google Pay); or (c) other forms of payment methods accepted by OneChannelClient from time to time (a), (b) and (c) “payment account”. By providing the above payment information, you acknowledge and agree that you are signing an auto-renewing subscription agreement. In some cases, this means that OneChannelClient will charge you a subscription fee on the day you subscribe to the service, and OneChannelClient will automatically pay you to your account on the last day of the current payment period, unless you cancel the subscription or we suspend or terminate the service in accordance with this agreement. By signing this automatic renewal subscription agreement, you will be deemed to authorize OneChannelClient to use the payment account you selected before the expiration of the current payment period to automatically deduct the subscription fee from your payment account on the last day of the current payment period, unless You choose a new payment account, you cancel your subscription, or we suspend or terminate your membership or service in accordance with this agreement. You acknowledge and agree that if you use a third-party billing service to pay the subscription fee, you will also be bound by the policies, terms and conditions of such third-party.

ii. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your payment account information is up to date. If we are unable to debit your payment account on any date, whether due to insufficient funds or other reasons, OneChannelClient reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service. However, because the cancellation of the service requires the member to take action in accordance with the regulations, if you fail to do so, it is deemed that you agree that OneChannelClient will, after the payment period, according to the billing rules provided by the payment service provider (such as Apple, Google), which may vary from time to time Try to charge (even if you don’t have enough funds in your account). Once you have updated your payment account information and we have debited any defective subscription fees, you will regain access to the service.

iii. You can contact the customer service provided by the OneChannelClient membership service at any time for any reason to cancel your auto-renewal subscription. If you pay for the service through a third party (such as Apple) and wish to cancel your auto-renewable subscription, you may need to do so through an account with such a third party. After completing the above cancellation, your automatic renewal will automatically terminate at the end of the current payment period.

iv. For content related to auto-renewal subscription not mentioned in these auto-renewal rules, the terms of service of OneChannelClient membership or the actual instructions of OneChannelClient shall prevail.
